From midnight on Saturday 1 April, it was supposed that the application for transition study support for studies in the coming autumn semester would open. But when the Central Study Support Board (CSN) opened the application, the site crashed.

– It is very sad. Tentatively, the service will reopen at 2 p.m., says press secretary Stefan Tärnhuvud to Aftonbladet.

The interest in the new transition study support has been unexpectedly great, and the support is only given as long as the grant is sufficient. CSN grants the applications in the order they are received.

But the information given on CSN’s website on Saturday reads: “Unfortunately, we have had to close the service due to technical problems. The service will reopen at 2pm on 1 April. Welcome back then!”
