According to the notification which News24 taken note of, the Swedish Consumer Agency considers the advertising to be “intrusive and solicitous”, something that there are rules about regarding tobacco-free nicotine products.

The snuff company is now forced to report to the Swedish Consumer Agency what measures will be taken after this.

The requirement for special moderation means that the advertising must not be “intrusive, soliciting or soliciting the use of nicotine products.” Factors such as placement of the advertisement also come into play there.
