The Södertörn district court believes that the man negligently violated the law on the duty of complete defense, reports Dagens Juridik. On the morning of the same day that the muster was supposed to take place, the man called the Duty and Probation Office to announce that he was sick to his stomach and could not come. Since no one answered, he sent an email instead. However, the Duty and Examinations Agency subsequently wanted to see a medical certificate. The court points out that no such certificate has been received.
