Last Friday, a van – which the driver then went out on a madness with through southern Los Angeles.
The helicopter from the ABC TV channel had a hard time keeping up with the hunt for the stolen car that was traveling towards Long Beach.
– In the beginning, I thought someone was joking with me. I got really angry for all my things was there, says the truck’s owner to NBC.
The driver in the small truck drives on lots of cars – and also drives several times against oncoming traffic. The truck rises at a speed up to 160 kilometers per hour when it goes as fastest.
In total, the truck crashes into 13 other vehicles while the driver is trying to drive away from the police. The car chase ends with the truck colliding so heavily with another vehicle that it crashes into the parking lot for a goal shop. Then the driver is seen leaving the car and walking from the scene. Two minutes later, the police wrestle down and arrest the man.

Truck driver Ricardo Colindes states for CBS News that he would unload goods when his car was stolen by the suspect.

The car chase lasted for a full 40 minutes. According to local media, a police officer was injured in the intervention, but no serious injuries were reported.
