Can you start celebrating Christmas already in October?
Many would probably answer no to that question – but Stina Nilsson has a different opinion.
“Really Christmas atmosphere outside”, she writes on Instagram and shows off an exciting accessory.
She has gone from being an extremely successful cross-country skier to becoming an enthusiastic biathlonist. Now have Stina Nilsson31, changed path in life again. Nowadays, she is betting on long races and it undeniably looks like it could be a fun season for her. She won the Klarälvsloppet directly in her long-distance premiere on roller skis.
Passionate about Christmas
It’s not just the rekindling of the ski tracks that makes Stina happy right now. October is here! It is a happy time of the year for the Malung girl. According to her, that’s when Christmas starts. Many are probably shaking their heads at her behavior or sighing deeply because she is fast-forwarding to December. But for Stina, Christmas is the highlight of the year and she wants to celebrate it as long as possible.
– I have started decorating my apartment for Christmas. I start in October, because when the competitions start then I don’t get to enjoy my apartment. So I max out in October and November, she said in P4 Extra back in 2019.
– There are crazy cat ladies and there are crazy Christmas ladies, I am the latter. I went out really hard this year and decorated my apartment. It was too much, so I took it down. So I’ve already had time to decorate and go back, she continued.
