(Finance) – In reference to ruling of the Court of Justice of the European Union issued today, Steelworks of Italy in AS highlights that it refers to facts dating back to 2013, which have now been largely overcome thanks to the huge investments made for environmental remediation, in particular the coverage of mining parks, a unique work in Europe.
The objective of the new extraordinary management was immediately to work to comply with all the requirements of the Environmental Plan. It was recently delivered to the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security and the Ministry of Health Health Impact Assessment (HIA) on which the review will be based and from which reassuring elements emerge, without prejudice to the assessments of the competent bodies.
