(Finance) – Almost nine hundred people work every day to ensure compliance with the rules and increase safety in railway areas, in coordination with the police. Is this the sizing current of FS Securitythe new company of the FS Group, commissioned by its CEO Luigi Ferraris who is strengthening his own organic as foreseen in the plans illustrated by Ferraris himself and by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure and Transport Matteo Salvini. The company, dedicated to the supervision of all railway areas in agreement and coordination first of all with the Railway Police and, in general, with all the police forces, just yesterday in Milano Centrale allowed the identification and arrest of a molester.
As reported by FS News, since it was established FS Security has already selected and hired almost two hundred people, distributing them in the main joints railways. In addition to the headquarters in Rome, offices are currently active in Turin, Milan, Verona, Venice, Genoa, Bologna, Florence, Ancona, Naples, Bari, Reggio Calabria and Palermo. Professional skills that have been added to others already present in the Group that have merged into the new company, for a total of almost nine hundred units to date. By the end of the year, FS Security aims to hire at least two hundred new employees.
THE first results can already be found thanks to the greater visible presence of surveillance services in stations, an element that also creates a greater perception of safety. The excellent coordination with the staff of the Polfer guarantees more efficient control, as demonstrated by yesterday afternoon’s report, when two employees of FS Security in the prevention service at the Milano Centrale station made it possible to identify and report to Polfer a traveler without a travel document who, a few minutes before boarding the train, had harassed a girl. The agents, who intervened promptly, were thus able to block and detain the individual and proceed with the consequent investigations and measures.
