Statement like a confession from Samsung’s manager! “I didn’t get a phone call for my daughter until that age”

Leksand extended the winning streak beat AIK

James Kitto, VP of UK and Ireland Sales at tech company Samsung, said he didn’t give his daughter a smartphone until he was 11.

According to the BBC’s report, Kitto was a guest on the BBC’s Today programme.

Stating that he did not prefer to give his daughter a phone at an early age, Kitto stated that the parents would decide when the phone should be given to the child.

Kitto said, “No matter how old a smartphone is, the important thing here is that they are safe while surfing and browsing the Internet. My daughter had a smartphone when she was 11 years old.” said.

Referring to parents, Kitto advised that no matter what age children will have a phone, if they have internet access, they should make sure that they have access to it in a safe way.

In a recent study by the UK’s Children’s Commission, 16-21 year olds were asked the age when they first saw sexually explicit videos.

In the study, it was concluded that 10 percent of children at the age of 9, 27 percent at the age of 11, and 50 percent at the age of 13 saw these videos, respectively. (AA)
