A statement came from the Russian Foreign Ministry that would increase tensions with England. In the statement made by the ministry, it was reminded that British Foreign Secretary David Cameron made a statement in an interview with Reuters that “Ukraine has the right to attack targets on Russian territory with British weapons.”

For this reason, the statement noted that British Ambassador to Moscow Nigel Casey was summoned to the Ministry and given a note of protest, and the following statements were used:
“Cameron’s hostile statement contradicts Britain’s previous commitments that the long-range cruise missiles supplied to Ukraine would not be used against Russian territory. Cameron rejected this approach and acknowledged that his country was de facto a party to the conflict. The Russian side responded to Cameron’s “He considers his statements as evidence of serious tension and confirmation that London is on the side of Kiev in the conflict.
