The past two weeks all train traffic around Amersfoort Centraal was completely at a standstill, ProRail was working on replacing the track, overhead lines and switches. Never before has a station been completely closed for two weeks. From today the trains in the direction of Baarn, Apeldoorn and Zwolle should run again, the NS expects the trains to start running around 08:30.
