Starbucks is under threat of strike action in the US following allegations by a union that employees were prevented from displaying LGBT-related decorations in stores.

Over 3,000 employees from over 150 Starbucks cafes are expected to strike next week, the Workers United union said in a press release.

The American cafe chain denies the allegations and claims that the union is spreading incorrect information.
