On August 30, 2023 Honkai: Star Rail will launch version 1.3 “Worldly Debris in the Eye of Heaven”. Here you will find all important information about the new version summarized.

When will version 1.3 be released? On August 30th. 2023 at 00:00 Honkai: Star Rail will update and is expected to take 5 hours.

You cannot play the game during this time. However, you can expect 300 Stellar Jade as compensation. You can already pre-download the new version now.

What new characters are there in version 1.3? In the new version, Imbibitor Lunae, the dragon form of Dan Heng, and Master Diviner Fu Xuan are added to the game as new 5-star characters. In addition, 4-star character Lynx, the youngest of the Landau siblings, will be added as a new playable character.

Honkai: Star Rail 1.3 Banner – New characters Imbibitor Lunae and Fu Xuan

What banners are in version 1.3? The banners are divided into two phases. The first phase will run from the start of the update on August 30, 2023 to September 20, 11:59 (server time) and will contain the following banners:

  • “Epochal Celestial Prism”: Imbibitor Lunae as a 5 Star Character (The Destruction, Imaginary); Yukong, Asta and March 7th as 4 star characters
  • “Radiant Anchor”: 5-star light cone “Brighter than the sun“ (The Destruction) with Imbibitor Lunae; 4-star light cone “Dance! Dance! Dance!“, “Planetary rendezvous“ and “Landau’s choice“

  • “Visionary Prediction”: Fu Xuan as a 5-star character (The Conservation, Quantum); Lynx, Hook and Pela as 4-star characters
