I was heavily talked about for a film [das war] Deadpool. Unfortunately I didn’t have time. I really like the movie. But my ex-girlfriend played along that might have been embarrassing. I might have screwed up the film for a lot of people. But for me it would have been cool.

Who is his “Ex girlfriend” is not known. Ackles objects that he has free capacities should have gone through the selection process for the role first. So he wasn’t in the final selection for Deadpool yet.
Had the Supernatural star landed the role, his career almost certainly would have been different. We might have had to do without his The Boys performance. Reynolds fans will be happy. you would be anyway the one true Deadpool slipped through the cracks.
