The new newspapers that Stampen media plans to start will be published daily in the municipalities of Mark and Härryda municipality.
– There are two growing municipalities that today lack a daily news coverage. There is a need that we want to cover with these launches, says Johan Hansson.
Six journalists to Borås
According to the press release from Stampen media, six journalists will be newly recruited to the editorial office in Borås and the focus will be on in-depth journalism.
– Borås is known throughout Sweden for its textile and fashion companies and Elfsborg is the city’s big team. There will be a lot for us to report on, says Christofer Ahlqvist, editor-in-chief of Göteborgs-Posten.
