Vinkeveen – Dylan Groenewegen has won the second stage of the Arctic Race of Norway. It was a drive of 154 kilometers from Mosjøen to Brønnøysund. The BikeExchange-Jayco sprinter won the sprint of a large group with force majeure, although he cheered almost too early. The Belgian Amaury Capiot and the Norwegian Edvald Boasson Hagen just missed.
