Leksand extended the winning streak beat AIK

The staff of the Tehran Embassy of Azerbaijan and their families and the funeral of the security chief who lost his life in the attack on the embassy were brought to Baku.

The staff of the Tehran Embassy and their families, who came to Baku by plane, were welcomed by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Halef Halefov and ministry officials. The body of the security chief, first lieutenant Orhan Askerov, who was martyred in the attack, was brought by the same plane.

Halefov, in a statement to the press, said that the attack on the Tehran Embassy was an act of terrorism.

Stating that they did not expect such an event to happen, Halefov said, “This is unacceptable. According to the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, every state is responsible for the security of embassies in the country. Iran bears responsibility for the naturally occurring terrorist attack. “It should investigate in every aspect and transparently, identify the criminals and the forces behind them and punish them. This is our clear demand from Iran.” said.

“WE DO NOT RELY ON IRAN”

Noting that they plan to use the relevant international mechanisms to shed light on the incident, Halefov said, “Our President has taken the decision to evacuate the Tehran Embassy, albeit a difficult decision. It is a decision that requires responsibility to stop the activities of the embassy or diplomatic activity in any country. We have no hope and no confidence.” used the phrases.

Emphasizing that they are very sorry for the martyrdom in the neighboring country, Halefov said, “The diplomatic activity of the Tehran Embassy has been completely stopped. There will be 5 people to protect the building and real estate, but these people will not engage in diplomatic activities. Our Consulate General in Tabriz will continue to operate.” shared his knowledge.
