Staff started arguing with each other when an LSS accommodation for children went on a summer trip. Now a police report has been made about child welfare violations, reports P4 Jönköping.

Three children with disabilities were on the trip. In the middle of the night, they heard the staff arguing.

An employee hit another employee, who had to seek treatment for his injuries.

Two managers of the accommodation went to the house where the travelers were staying, to make sure the children were safe.

The day after the fight, the summer trip was cancelled. The two employees involved have been dismissed.

Because the children said they had difficulty sleeping in connection with the fight, the incident has been reported to the police as a suspected violation of child welfare.

A report has also been made to the Inspectorate for Care and Care (Ivo).

LSS stands for the Act on support and service for certain disabled people.
