Environmental regulations for cars in European cities vary from country to country. And even within countries, the rules differ per city. Different rules apply to the Utrecht environmental zone than to environmental zones in Belgium, France and Germany. Not only do the rules differ, for one country you need a sticker, and for the other country you don’t. And the French environmental sticker does not apply in Germany and vice versa.
