The emergency department at the St. Marys Memorial Hospital, which officials warned would be closed Thursday evening because of “sudden health human resource shortages,” will now remain open after staffing was “secured,” the Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance said in a press release .
The emergency department will now maintain its regular 24-7 hours of operation.
