St Josephs Lifecare signs strategic alliance with Canadian College of

St. Joseph’s Lifecare Center has signed a strategic alliance with the Canadian College of Health Leaders.

The partnership is meant to increase the leadership capabilities of healthcare staff, said a news release.

Through the agreement, employees will have the opportunity to work toward earning their Certified Health Executive designation. The program offers benefits, including support for lifelong learning in health services leadership, assistance with career advancement, and peer recognition.

St. Joseph’s Health Center Guelph is also part of the three-year strategic alliance.

“We are deeply committed to fostering resilience, learning and growth for everyone in our organization,” said Sandra Ramelli, vice president, people and strategy at St. Joseph’s Lifecare. “We believe that by partnering with CCHL we will have the opportunity to enrich our staff’s experience and growth by providing them access to innovative leadership opportunities.”

St. Joseph’s Lifecare is a not-for-profit provider of long-term, hospice and palliative care outreach.
