The man, who is 45 years old, is now being prosecuted by the Luleå district court for data breach and offensive photography.
The data breach must have taken place between September 2017 and August 2020 when he unlawfully obtained access to data intended for automated processing.
With the help of a computer program and webcam, he allegedly photographed the woman when she was indoors in her home. According to the indictment, he photographed her on at least two occasions during the summer of 2020.
The man has confessed to the crimes.
