TO SKATE Merijn Scheperkamp has qualified for the European Sprint Championships on January 10 and 11. The skater from SV Zeist finished second at the Dutch sprint championships, behind Jenning de Boo. De Boo won both 500 meters and the second 1000 meters in Heerenveen. Scheperkamp came second once and third three times.
