TO SKATE Two riders from our province will be at the start on Saturday at the National All-round Championships. Stijn van den Bunt from Lopik, who is a member of the Amersfoort ice skating club, and Maarssenaar Ties van Seumeren, a member of the Utrecht SVU, will ride the 500 meters and the 5 kilometers in Thialf on Saturday. On Sunday they will ride the 1500 meters, and possibly – if they qualify for that distance – the 10 kilometers. (Monday December 23)
