HOCKEY On the sports parks of HC Houten and HC Rijnvliet, in Utrecht, the top teams of the Netherlands will be in action on September 1. The main class teams (both men and women) will play the preliminary rounds of the ABN AMRO Cup that day, the annual warm-up for the start of the main class season.
In Houten, the women of SCHC will play against Hurley, and a pool with the men of Kampong, Hurley and Nijmegen will be played. At HC Rijnvliet, the men of SCHC will play a pool with Amsterdam and Bloemendaal as opponents. (Tuesday August 20)
