(Finance) – Spindox recorded in 2021 revenues of € 66.7 million, up by 18.1% compared to 31 December 2020. The positive change is attributable, in particular, to “the performance achieved in two markets: Automotivea significant increase after a complicated 2020, e GDOthanks to the success of Spindox’s offer relating to Artificial Intelligence “, underlines the company listed on Euronext Growth Milan since July 2021 and active in the market of ICT (Information & Communication Technology) services and products.” 2021 was confirmed another year of sustained growth for our company, well above the average performance of the ICT sector – said the president Giulia Gestri – A result that further strengthens the trend already consolidated in recent years, as demonstrated by the value of the 2017-2021 CAGR which is equal to + 21% “.
L’EBITDA amounts to 5.3 million euros, with an incidence on revenues equal to 8% (7.2% in 2020), up by 30.2% compared to 31 December 2020. The net financial position was positive (cash) for € 0.6 million, compared to the negative value (debt) of € 2.2 million at 31 December 2020. The following contributed to this result: a net liquidity injection of € 6.1 million of euro deriving from the IPO, a generation of cash equal to 7.5 million euro and (negatively) the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Plan Net and of the subsidiary Plan Soft (-9.7 million euro), as well as investments for 1.1 million euros.
