(Finance) – The shareholders’ meeting of Spindox accepted the proposal of the Board of Directors of expand the number of directors from 8 to 9 and to name which one new advisor Alessandro De FlorentiisSole Director of Deep Consulting.
The expansion of the administrative body with the appointment of De Florentiis is aimed at integrate skills of the body itself with an in-depth vision of the dynamics relating to the markets of Public administration, of the Telecommunications and Aerospace Industryon which the Company intends to build part of its growth in the coming years.
The office of the new board member will expire together with that of the directors currently in office, therefore on the date of approval of the financial statements as of 31 December 2023. As far as the Company is aware, Dr. De Florentiis as of the date of this press release does not holds shares of Spindox.
The Assembly also resolved to delegate the definition of the compensation to the administrative body to be attributed to the newly elected director, in any case within the overall amount of the gross annual compensation established by the Shareholders’ Meeting with resolution of 21 May 2021.
