(Finance) – Spindoxa company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the market for ICT (Information & Communication Technology) services and products, has finalized the acquisition of 51% by Stackhouse, an Italian company based in Cagliari specialized in the full-stack development of multi-platform applications (mobile / web), with strong skills on both the front-end and the back-end side (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Python and other scripting). Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
Spindox intends to double Stackhouse’s employees over the next few months and for this reason it has foreseen the hiring of new developers, both with a junior profile and with more experience, to be included in the Stackhouse headquarters in Cagliari, in Viale Trieste. Thanks to the agreements made, the Stackhouse team has already grown from eight employees to twenty-three. The founding members will remain at the helm of the company: Giulia Podda, Andrea Zucca and CEO Filippo Candio.
