(Finance) – Spindox has finalized the acquisition of 51% of the shares making up the share capital of TMLAB, an Italian company based in Rome specializing in the design, implementation and integration of Salesforce.com solutions and services, of which it is a qualified specialist and consulting partner.
The agreed price for the purchase of 51% of the share capital of TMLAB is equal to 1.2 million euros and was paid up at the same time as the closing of the transaction. The payment of the agreed consideration will be entirely financed with the available liquidity held by the Company.
The parties have not agreed on any future price adjustment mechanism. The remaining shares – equal to 49% of the share capital of TMLAB – remain the property of the three operating shareholders who sold the majority to Spindox.
The acquisition of TMLAB allows Spindox to complement its offer in the world of IT services with the component related to the Saleforce ecosystem, the world’s number one cloud platform for the management of marketing, sales, e-commerce and customer service processes. .
