For years, Speed has been texting everyone about how much he admires Cristiano Ronaldo, saying the Portuguese is his absolute idol and role model.

This was the moment: IShowspeed has finally met Ronaldo. A tweet showing the two has garnered over 90 million views on Twitter.
In a video of the action you can see (via youtube) that IShowSpeed kneels down in front of Ronaldo and shouts “I love you”, hugs him and forces him to do his “SIU” rather half-heartedly. Speed even shows him his tattooed upper arm as proof of his undying worship.
Ronaldo is keeping his cool and says his son has already let him know that IShowSpeed will be at the event. He obviously knows IShowSpeed and his love for it.
IShowspeed is known for its emotional freaks. His fans love them. A recent phone call to Drake went pretty badly wrong.
Young Americans only got to know Ronaldo through speed
How do you see that? As a European, you see that and you think, “Well, Superstar meets an 18-year-old fan and he freaks out – it just happens.”
But from the point of view of the 22-year-old US streamer Adin Ross, this is a meeting at eye level. He says speed made Ronaldo even more famous. He himself knew nothing about SIU, nothing about the tricks, nothing about football.
He only found out about it through Speed’s fascination with Ronaldo.
