A police spokesperson says that officers spotted the Maserati around 8:20 p.m. “The vehicle may have been involved in fencing,” the spokesperson said. “The officers wanted to check the vehicle and stopped the driver. The driver also seemed to follow my colleagues, but then took off at high speed.”
