The correctors in charge of evaluating the copies of the teaching of specialties, which begin on May 11, 2022, will be able to benefit froma discharge time with four half-days at most. They will therefore have until the beginning of June to make the correction, while classes continue for high school students. This decision, which must be published in the Official Journal of National Education this Thursday, May 5, had been demanded by the teachers’ unions who had pointed the finger at the workload for teachers. “Given the particular context of correction of these copies of the baccalaureate, the teachers summoned by the departments of the examination and competition divisions of their academies, for the correction of the copies of the specialty teaching tests, will benefit from a maximum fixed amount of four half-days freed from classes for the correction of these papers. This package will be usable, at the choice of the teacher after agreement of the head of the establishment, between May 17 and June 3., specifies a letter from the director general of school affairs, Edouard Geffray, that France Inter share. For this 2021-2022 session, corrections take place at the same time as classes.
What are the dates of the specialty courses?
