The army’s rapid rearmament has led to a lack of personal equipment for the soldiers, including boots and rain gear.
Now the problem must be fixed, says ÖB Micael Bydén after a meeting with the director general of the Defense Materiel Works.
“Now we will take both conventional and extraordinary measures, here and now,” he says in a press release.
