(Finance) – Unemployment increases in Spain. At the end of Q3 2022, the unemployment rate rose to 12.6% compared to 12.5% in Q2 2022. Analysts’ expectations were for the unemployment rate to rise to 13%.
It should also be noted that the number of employees rose by 271,400 units compared to the previous three months, reaching 18.3 million.
According to theIberian Statistical Office (INE)the number of unemployed rose by 574,300 units (-11.2%).
