(Finance) – The book of Sustainable Ventures, SPAC which will aim to bring to Piazza Affari a company active in the sectors of sustainable mobility, circular economy and electrification, as anticipated by Il Sole 24 Ore. The Special Purpose Acquisition Company is promoted and sponsored by Carlo Calabria (founder of CMC Capital and significant experiences in Credit SuisseBofA Merrill Lynch e Barclays), Franco Bernabè (former CEO of Eni) And Manfredi Lefebvre d’Ovidio (president of Heritage Group).
The collection target is a 150 million euros and the listing is expected to take place by the end of March on Euronext Growth Milan, the stock market list dedicated to SMEs with high growth potential. The SPAC will be dedicated to professional investors and a third of the funding (50 million) has already been guaranteed by Intesa Sanpaolo, UnipolSai and Camfin. The remainder (100 million) will be placed starting today.
In February 2021 Calabria and Lefebvre have already made a ‘similar operation, listing UK SPAC Centricus Acquisition Corp on Nasdaq, along with other sponsors. In that case, the collection was $ 345 million and the business combination brought the cryptographic software maker to Wall Street. Arqit.
