(Finance) – Southern Highwaysdealer listed on Euronext Milan, has registered total revenue equal to 89.9 million euros in 2021, up 32.7% compared to 2020 (67.7 million euros), with net toll revenues which grew by 25.8% due to traffic (+ 25.6%) as a consequence of the lower incidence of the effects of the pandemic compared to the previous year. L’EBITDA equal to 29.8 million euros, an increase compared to 11.2 million euros in 2020 mainly due to the effect of the increase in toll revenues, and a profit for the period is equal to 16 million euros, an increase compared to the 4 million euros of 2020. Il Operating cash flow was equal to 16.5 million euros, compared to an operating cash flow in 2020 of 2.2 million euros
The board of directors resolved to propose to the shareholders’ meeting (scheduled for 30 March 2022) to allocate part of the profit for the year, equal to 7,875,000 euros for the payment of the dividendequal to € 1.80 for each of the 4,375,000 shares gross of withholding taxes.
