Russia’s envoy Kirill Dmitrijev is expected to visit the United States this week, reports CNN with reference to an American source of government and two other anonymous sources with transparency in the plans.
Dmitrijev, who previously participated in negotiations between the United States and Russia in Saudi Arabia for a stop at the Russian attack war against Ukraine, is expected to meet Trump’s envoy Steve Witkoff in Washington.
According to the sources, the meeting will be about strengthening the relationship between the US and Russia.
