According to Seravall, the Pittsburgh Penguins has set Puljujärvi on the so -called Unconditional Waivers list and is intended to terminate the Puljujärvi contract.
The 26-year-old Puljujärvi has had a difficult NHL season. He has played in 26 NHL matches this season, scoring 3 goals and giving 6 goals.
Pittsburgh placed Puljujärvi on the transfer list early in the year. However, no NHL club picked up Lake Puljujärvi. He was placed in the so -called Farm League AHL. From there, Puljujärvi was brought to the NHL at the end of January. He was able to play on January 29th against one NHL match against Utah. Earlier this week, Pittsburgh said he had sent back to his farm team to the AHL.
Jesse Puljujärvi was a top promise of his age group. Edmonton Oilers booked him in the NHL in the fourth booking in the summer of 2016. However, Puljujärvi did not go through in Edmonton. The NHL career was first broken in February 2019 when his season ended with a hip injury.
