Soul music legend, singer Sam Moore has died on Friday January 10th. He was 89 years old when he died.
Moore’s death is reported by several media, such as The New York Times, The Guardian and news agency AP.
He was known for the Sam & Dave duo, which is remembered for numerous hits in the 1960s.
Among the well-known songs of the rhythm and blues (R&B) duo were Soul Man and Hold On, I’m Coming.
According to the AP, Moore died of complications after surgery in Florida.
