At CES 2022 in Las Vegas, Sony presented several new products. On the innovation side, it is the QD OLED that has made its appearance. The latter would provide a better quality OLED image with more vibrant colors and more contrast. Reserved for high-end products, the QD OLED will be present in the A95K in 55 and 45 inches.
The mini-LED invites itself into the Z9K, in 8K, and the X95K, in 4K. These two televisions have a processor powerful enough to manage the display and the processing of the image, in order to immerse the viewer as close as possible to the reality of the image viewed.
Bravia Cam, much more than an accessory
Sony has unveiled its Bravia Cam, a camera that sits on top of your television. His utility ? Besides the fact that it allows you to make video conferences, it detects the viewer in the room and adapts to him. Thus, the Bravia Cam adjusts the sound according to your position and distance, the brightness, and alerts you when it detects a presence too close to the television. It also has a flap allowing you to maintain your privacy.
From TV to electric car, Sony’s somewhat crazy gamble
To our surprise, Sony is going into the automotive industry with a second model: the Vision S-02 SUV. This family car is certainly equipped with many sensors, but it is above all stuffed with technology. It is possible to watch a movie in high quality or play PlayStation remotely, thanks to the Bravia Core system. Entertainment is at the center of this electric car.
