Why is Concord being taken offline? On September 3, Ryan Ellis, the game director, published a statement on the PlayStation blog in which he announced that the game would be taken offline on September 6. The main reason for this was the feedback from the community, which, among other things, described the characters as “unbelievably ugly” and expressed many problems with the matchmaking.

The news that the game is being taken offline so soon after its release will come as a surprise to many. What do players who have already purchased the game do? On the PlayStation Blog, the Game Director also says that all players who have already purchased the game will receive their money back.
