Sony would be preparing new true wireless headphones, but they would not be successors to the excellent WF-1000XM4. According to a leak relayed by the TechInsiderBlog twitter account, the manufacturer would have opted for a very surprising design. This design, of type “open fit”would be less intrusive than in-ear models, as shown in the photos below:
The headphones would be called LinkBuds or WF-L900 and would also be available in black, as shown in the images below: The leak also mentions active noise reduction (ANC). We will have to see if this reduction goes hand in hand with the “open fit” design of the headphones, which in theory allows a lot of outside noise to pass through.

The manufacturer has not confirmed the launch of these headphones, nor given an availability date.
