Sony makes its existence official and its architect is going to present it

The PS5 Pro will no longer be a pipe dream starting tomorrow, 5pm French time. Indeed, Sony Interactive Entertainment has just invited the whole world to the technical presentation of the PlayStation 5. If the term ‘PS5 Pro’ is not mentioned, the fact that it is Mark Cerny, the architect of the console (and this since the PS4 era) who has been mandated to take charge of the presentation leaves no room for doubt. The new version of the PS5, more powerful and with a slightly modified design, will therefore be made official. Sony also announces that the video will be 9 minutes long and that the festivities will start at 5pm (French time) on the PlayStation YouTube channel.

Rumors surrounding this new PS5 Pro have multiplied in recent weeks, with the Dealabs site sharing a sketch of this console after seeing the packaging of the machine in a warehouse. A drawing that allowed us to see that the PS5 Pro will have the same design as the PS5 Slim, but with three stripes as a separation, which earned it the nickname PS5 Adidas. More recently, for the 30th anniversary of the PlayStation brand, an illustration was revealed in which we can see a sketch of this famous machine with the three stripes. Suffice to say that things are coming to fruition and that this PS5 Pro will offer a significant gain in power, especially when we see how much the latest games such as Black Myth Wukong or Star Wars Outlaws require resources to run them in their best light and with the best performance as well.
