(Finance) – The Board of Directors Of Someca company listed on Euronext Milan and active in the implementation of projects in the naval and civil sectors, for theapproval of the 2023 budget. According to the updated financial calendar, the results of the 2023 financial year will be approved at the board meeting of Wednesday 27 March 2024 (instead of today, Tuesday 26 March), while the conference call for the presentation of the data will be held on Thursday 28 March 2024 (at 09:30 CET).
Unchanged the other appointments of the year, with the meeting scheduled for Monday 29 April 2024.
