(Finance) – Somec as part of the buy-back program launched on 9 May 2022, announced that it had purchasedfrom 16 to 20 May, overall 1,832 shares at the weighted average price of € 28.0570, for a countervalue total equal to 51,400.40 euros.
Following the aforementioned transactions, as of 23 May, considering the treasury shares already in the portfolio, Somec holds 14,670 treasury shares, equal to 0.21% of the share capital.
At Pazza Affari, today, a decidedly positive session for Somecwhich ended up 3.21%.
