(Finance) – Somec as part of the buy-back program launched on 12 April 2022, announced that it had purchasedfrom 22 to 28 April, overall 2,066 shares at the weighted average price of € 28.9105, for a countervalue total equal to 59,729.00 euros.
Following the aforementioned transactions, as of April 28, Somec holds 22,366 treasury shares, equal to 0.32% of the share capital, for a total value of € 333,368.80.
Somec it also announced that on 28 April 2022 it was completed the buy-back program and that as part of the program, from 12 April to 28 April 2022, a total of 4,562 treasury shares were purchased, equal to 0.07% of the share capital, for a total value of 130,627.20 euros at the weighted average price of 28 , 6338 euros.
