Softec correction of delisting date: revocation of shares from 30 January

Capital Bill delegation to the government to reform the TUF

(Finance) – Softeca company listed on Euronext Growth Milan that develops digital solutions and services for companies, has rectified what was communicated previously with respect to delisting project. The withdrawal from negotiations will in fact take effect from 30 January 2024 (instead of 26 January 2024, the date previously communicated), as it can only be effective after at least five open market days have passed from the moment in which approval was obtained from the meeting with the required percentage, and the Stock Exchange Italiana has ordered the revocation of the financial instruments with a specific notice.

The Softec Board of Directors has called the ordinary and extraordinary meeting for January 19, 2024. As per the EGM Regulations, the delisting is subject to the approval of the proposal by the shareholders’ meeting by no less than 90% of the votes of the shareholders gathered in the meeting.
