In Hart van Soest, as the project developers call the plan, there will be 64 social rental homes, thirty rental apartments in the medium-priced sector and 48 care apartments. According to councilor Aukje Treep, parking was still a puzzle, but the planners managed to provide sufficient space for it. The condition is that the care apartments really remain intended for care.
