(Tiper Stock Exchange) – General Society announced the appointment of Andrea Picchio as Head of Global Markets Sales for Italy effective August 28, 2023. In his new role, Picchio will lead the Italian Global Markets team with the aim of further developing client relationships across all Global Markets business segments.
The manager joins Societe Generale from Deutsche Bank where he held the role of Head Cross Asset Solutions and P&I for Italian institutional clients, with responsibility for the sales force and strategy on this client segment for market activities. During his experience at Deutsche Bank, he held various senior positions including Head of Structured Finance for Italy and member of the European P&I committee. Before joining Deutsche Bank in 2004, you started your career in the Italian Derivatives market team at Italian Stock Exchange.
