(Finance) – “Pension and health, the future in our hands”: kicks off in Rome on third EMPAB national congress, the national welfare and assistance body for biologists. “We have more than 600 members throughout the national territory and it is nice to see very young professionals linked to their social security institution”, he explains Tiziana Stallone, President of ENPAB.
“This testifies that a provident fund it is not perceived as an immobile and immutable reality – underlines Srallone – but as a living entity, close to its members, which is at their side both from the point of view of assistanceboth from the point of view of active welfare and therefore of work dynamics”.
“Today there will be the presentation of a important project at the national level, the school projectwhich is developed with the support of two ministries, that of education and merit and that of health, which have given approval to the project. In 80 schools Italians, more than 200 biologists with job grants provided by ENPAB they will bring the culture of One Health and sustainability: correct nutrition, fight against waste, protection of the environment”.
Thus began a two-day event focused on enhance the commitment of this professional figure in the protection of life in all its forms.
“Today it is a very important topic: social security, biologists, innovative work, artificial intelligence. There are many young people who are part of this sector, so objectively it is a topic of strengthening a best practice for the future: making these young people understand that the work is crucialbut build the social security system it is decisive in equal measure”, he comments Claudio DurigonUndersecretary of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies.
“Social security institutions and funds are absolutely essential to achieve a integrated pension system that can give answers to the many young people who pay their contributions today and who in the future will have to have a pension that allows them a free and dignified life”, underlines Sergio MarchiHead of Secretariat of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry.

“It’s a challenge that we can carry forward togetherfor this reason I also wanted to announce here – in these days there is the G7 in Puglia – that in September we will organize the G7 on Agriculturein a beautiful Italian area near Syracuse, in Ortigia, and therefore organizing in-depth studies with ENPAB and biologists can be a further challenge to achieve a virtuous path together”.
