That is why Woonin is asking the municipality of Utrecht to give young people from the neighborhood, up to and including 29 years of age, priority in the allocation of the upstairs apartments. “This gives young people who want to leave home a chance to find a home in their own neighborhood, close to family and friends,” according to Woonin.
